Jord has supplied thousands of air-cooled heat exchangers and vacuum steam condensers throughout the world. Many of Jord's earliest units are into a third decade of continuous service. This longevity is testament to the robust nature of our designs.
Our process engineers have demonstrable experience across most process applications. References are available for pressures up to 275 bar (4,000 psi) and temperatures up to 600 deg C (1,110 deg F). Jord is also familiar with extreme service conditions such as lethal, sour, hydrogen and high pour point service.
Our mechanical engineers have demonstrable experience across the full range of constructions. In addition to conventional forced and induced draft, we offer “A-frame” for vacuum steam condensation, “vertical” for floor space constrained applications and “natural draft” where a power source is not available. |
